Brief Answer:
It means your having Urinary Tract Infection.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It means your suffering from Urinary Tract Infections and the responsible pathogen is E.Coli bacteria.

Well, in that Culture report there would also be a Sensitivity analysis. Based on that it needs to be decided which antibiotics should you be put on. Generally, in my patients, I advise starting Tab. LEVOFLOXACIN 500mg once daily for 7 days (provided there's no history of allergy/ resistance reported to the same).

Please check with your physician if s/he shares the same view and prescribe them to you.

Along with this, ensure to drink plenty of water (at least 2.5Ltr per day), maintain good hand hygiene (washing hands with antibacterial hand wash before and after using the washroom), drink cranberry juice for the time being for some symptomatic relief.

Let me know if there are any further queries/doubts.
Regards
