Brief Answer:
He has infarction of left testicle and needs to be removed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts and reports of your nephew that you have posted it seems that your nephew has developed infarction of left testicle( His left testis is almost dead) may be due to torsion of the testis very recently .

With given report I would suggest you to consult qualified Urologist and get his Color Doppler Ultrasound Scan of the Scrotum done to confirm the diagnosis .If confirmed he will need to undergo surgery and his Left Testis would need to be removed.

Hope I have answered your query .Please do write if you have any more questions I shall be happy to help you

Thanks and Regards.
Dr Patil.
