Brief Answer:
Dose of ondansetron for this weight and age will be 4 mg

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on Ask A Doctor forum,
I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.

Ondem contains ondansetron which helps in controlling vomiting and the usual dose is 0.1-0.2 mg/kg. It can be given at an interval of 4-12 hours depending on the severity.
For this age and weight, the dose will be 4 mg.
In case of vomiting and loose motion, its very important to control vomiting to avoid dehydration by oral fluid (ORS) supplementation.

If vomiting continues even after ondem dose, please take her to an emergency immediately as she may need injectable ondem or other anti-emetic. Give plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Wishing for your child's good health.
Regards
