Hi, Ive Noticed This Small White Spot On My Penis

Question: Hi, ive noticed this small white spot on my penis and can%E2%80%99t identify what it is. U%E2%80%99ve had unprotected sex a couple times in the past few months but i cant remember if that spot has been there before or not. It doesn%E2%80%99t hurt and I don%E2%80%99t feel it which is why i never noticed it or thought anything of it until now. Is this something i need to worry about?

It is certainly not related to unprotected sex. It could be post inflammatory hypopigmentation as it is lighter than normal skin but not completely white. I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily for a few weeks.
