Question: Hi doctor, I have got itching in my hand specific area for the last 1 month . it is highly itching and seems to be dry and very small black and white spots. this seems like rashes or allergy and this earlier also happened in the same area of hand also on one of specific area one leg near knee. could you please suggest some home remedy or cream to treat it faster and also to avoid it happening in future. attached is the image of hand. tgsnks

I suggest you to use a moisturiser, regularly and frequently, over this area. In addition I suggest you to use a topical steroid and antibiotic combination cream for symptomatic relief from itching.
