As explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor,

Thanks for your query.

I have gone through your query.
It looks like a Keloid. This is due to excessive scar formation as a healing process. Intralesional that is a steroid injection(Triamcinolone) is given inside the scar tissue by a dermatologist which will help to flatten the scar and reduce it as much as possible. Cannot guarantee it will not be seen completely but it can be flattened and reduce the scar area. This is the standard treatment for keloid. Do not go for scar removal by surgery as it can cause further keloid formations.

It is a small opd procedure. Steroid injection may have to be repeated after 3 weeks. You may require 2-3 such injections depending on the scar .

You must visit a dermatologist for the treatment.

I hope this helps you. If you have any doubts please feel free to discuss further.
Regards,
