Brief Answer:
Need more details

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome here.
I understand your concerns.
It's a difficult task to persuade a person for treatment of his/her mental health issues.
But without knowing her asymptomatic/problems in detail, I won't be able to guide you.
So, I request that you please give the details of changes in her behaviour, mood, talks, and any other changes in her personality which you feel are weird.
The other is to arrange a phone call/video call of her husband and herself with a psychiatrist, may be a nearby doctor.

It's difficult to take her to another country when she is not agreeing for treatment here.

Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks.

she doubts everything her husband does and also sometimes others. she imagines herself as grand-daughter of the bhodhi dharma and that she have some power to do some things and then also ask the other family members to do something and not to do something. she is already having the ocd syndrome. her father after talking to her, updated that it is something called as Magical thinking in ocd syndrome.

she is very smart as well that she is completely resisting even to talk to doctor over a video call.
one time, two weeks back she even called the 911 and reported on her husband when he tried to give course tablet.

Her father himself is Psychiatrist but she is not listening to what he says. its getting difficult to make her calm and take her to the hospital. in a very critical situation. her mother wants to travel from XXXXXXX to USA and check if she listens to her but completely unknown situation.

Please let me know what can we do.

Brief Answer:
Psychiatric emergency

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
I think she has developed psychotic symptoms in which there is lack of insight. That's why she is not accepting her illness and not willing for the treatment.
Although this could be confirmed only after detailed interview with client and observing his behaviour.
In my opinion, this is a psychiatric emergency and the treatment may have to be given against her will. You can request the local medical helpline to consider this as emergency condition.

I don't think she would be convinced by her for treatment in this state of mind.

All the best.
