Brief Answer:
Treatable, remains well, but not curable

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for using the Ask a Doctor service.

I have gone through your query and have checked the attached report. There is no certain cure for membranous glomerulonephritis. However, up to three out of 10 people with membranous nephropathy have their symptoms completely disappear (remission) after five years without any treatment while about 25 to 40 percent have a partial remission.

You could get in touch with:
Dr. M M XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Nephrologist in Bengaluru, XXXXXXX
Address: No. 71/1, Millers Tank Bund Road, Opp. St. Anne's College, Bengaluru, XXXXXXX 560052
Phone: 08071 004 500

I believe that he would be able to resolve the complaints. The dietary recommendations can be given after assessing the clinical condition and checking investigation findings including eGFR.

Hi Sir,

We have been consulting doctor XXXXXXX kumar(Nephrologist) from Rescue hospital, XXXXXXX Post report of biopsy he advised us for steroids and treatment in parallel to get better. I also checked with XXXXXXX Asia hospital for second opinion and he also suggested the same. The patient has got severe pain near knee and is it because of deficiency in proteins? It took four months to diagonise the issue as he had backpain earlier we thought it's bone issues and got him treatment for it.

How long will it take for him to recover?
What kind of diet plan he needs to follow?
Is steroids essential for this treatment,?
Knee pain will reduce when we get him treatment for membranous glomerulonephritis?

I am attaching other reports of patient.

Thank you,
Pruthvi

Brief Answer:
The cause of the knee pain cannot be assumed. Methodical evaluation needed.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
I have gone through your query and have checked the reports attached.

However, it is hard to comment about knee pain without a clinical examination. A methodical approach needs to be taken and your treating physician would be able to do it for you by following a diagnostic algorithm. Unfortunately, without that those questions cannot be answered precisely.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
