Brief Answer:
eGFR is slightly low. Mantzer index is suggestive of iron deficiency anemia

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
eGFR is a measure of kidney functions.
In an adult values more that 90 mL suggest normal functioning kidney.
Value of 84.96 is slightly lower than the normal value for adults.
Kindly, share any other investigation done and any history of kidney diseases in family.
Mantzer index is ratio of red blood cell volume to red blood cell count.
Mantzer index above 13 is suggestive of iron deficiency anemia.
I suggest you to post blood reports and peripheral blood smear report for more detailed assessment.

Thanks and take care
