Brief Answer:
Consult a dermatologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through your query.
I have reviewed your attached report.

If the mass(mole) in your belly bottom is growing and changing his characteristics ,i recommend to consult physically a doctor in your area.

It can be a lipoma made of fat tissue. They are generally soft to the touch, movable, and painless.
But if it is growing progressively and becoming brown,i can deduct that probably it in a cycle of transformation and for this reason it is necessary to consult physically a doctor.
A biopy of this mass is needed,in my opinion. This test will clarifie the diagnosis and guide the treatement(if a treatement will be necessary.)
This is not urgent. You can du the biopy after 2 months when you'll be back to the States.

I have some questions for you:Do you feel pain,or tenderness in that zone.(the local infamattion can cause local edema and inrease the mass.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if i can assist you further.
Best regards.
