Question: Hi
I had a baby 13 months ago now via c section, I’m fit, active person all through pregnancy and horse ride professionally.
Over the last few months I’ve notice light bleeding between periods but it seems to really coincide with when I ride?
Can this be normal?

I think that this bleeding between menstrual cycles can't be related to riding the horse neither to having a child 13 months ago.
There are different reasons for it including vaginal infection, hormonal issues,or other organic issues.
I think you may need to get further evaluated doing a vaginal smear and an ultrasound.
