Brief Answer:
You need a NEUROLOGICAL Examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Kindly share your thyroid profile and electrolyte levels, if at all they have been procured.
A thyroid abnormalityis is usually associated with such non-specific symptoms.

Further, you need to be evaluated by a neurologist.
S/He would advise going for clinical examination, eeg, brain scan,l labyrinthine tests, carotid Doppler and echocardiography to rule out any brain or internal ear pathology or presence of any partial sizures.

Such symptoms of headaches, head fullness, nausea associated with palpitations and sweating might be an indicator of extreme anxiety.

Generalised anxiety is quite common in a background of hypovitaminosis D.
But before labelling it as generalised anxiety,an organic cause needs to be ruled out.

Hope that I have answered your query.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards
