Question: Hi, I am have been experiencing discomfort around my bladder/lower intestine for about 4 days now and is tender on RHS. If i press i get a pain centralized toward the middle of my bladder.
I am urinating alot more than normal there is no pain or blood in urine but i feel very full before going to the toilet even if it i not a large amount. Throughout the day i get some spasms nothing too serious but not normal. At the gym i notice some minor discomfort during certain exercises which is not normal. Lying on my back in bed is when i actually notice it the most
Anyways, yesterday i went to the doctor where he performed
Urine sample - All clear no infection, no blood, x1 bacteria
Blood sugar - 5
Blood pressure - 118/78 heart rate 68 all good
Basically told me nothing is wrong but i know my body and it doesn't seem right.
I had a Gastroscopy for indigestion and reflux 2 months ago but it too came back normal which was good some lesions were identified and a repaired previous ulcer that i never knew i had but no tumors. I have been taking omeprazole and pro-biotic since an it has settled down but i wonder if they could be related.?
Anyway interested to hear your prof opinion
Thanks

Brief Answer:
possibility of calculus in the urinary system likely, need ultrasound.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* As per my surgical experience, the symptoms of pressure before urination even though
not much quantity, frequency of urination and spasm on bladder indicate possible
stone in the urinary system ( which can be possible in presence of normal urine
microscopy in many instances ).

* Apart from drinking plenty of liquids and observation, it is recommended to discuss
about the need of ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis during next follow up session
with your consultant.

Wish you great health ahead.
Regards.
