Brief Answer:
Condition not critical by report but needs additional testing

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The MRI brain findings do not show any acute or serious problems. However admission might be required depending on the clinical severity of symptoms and for detailed investigations.

The changes in the MRI brain scan done 25-06-2018 show small vessel ischemic changes and are result of possible tiny clots in the small vessels and this is a slow process, usually seen in elderly. At 55 years age it can be early for such changes to be visualised and therefore a detailed investigation might help.

Going by the MRI brain findings alone, it is not critical or serious but there can be clots in the carotid arteries in some people and this needs to be ruled out by carotid and vertebral artery Doppler scan or a brain and neck MRI angiography test.
