Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back to Asc a Doctor service!

I understand your concern and would explain that the light headedness could be related to peripheral vertigo.

The chest tenderness especially when touching is typical of costochondritis or fibromyalgia.

These two issues don’t seem to be connected to each other.

As all your vital parameters are normal, I would exclude any possible cardiac issues.

So, try to relax and don’t worry about it!

I recommend taking ginkgo supplements for the lightheadedness and ibuprofen or acetaminophen for the chest tenderness.

There is no reason to perform any additional cardiac tests.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Please let me know in case of further questions whenever you need!

Wishing a pleasant weekend,

As a cardiologist, I would exclude any possible cardiac issues based on your description.

In my opinion, I think that this is just fibromyalgia or tendinitis.

Nothing serious is going on!

So, just relax and don’t worry about it!

Hope you will find this information helpful!
