Question: Hello, my twin sister (24) has had a stomach ulcer for well over a month. It continues to get worse, the pain is so bad right now that when she tries to drink water she is on the floor crying. She has been on Omeprazole for 28 days and her pain if anything has just gotten worse. She went to the doctor again recently telling them her pain right now is a 10/10 they said just hang in there. Last night I drove her to the ER she is in so much pain and is unable to eat or drink anything. It hurt her stomach to breathe or even just sit in the car. Brief Answer:
Get pantoprazole

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think she may need to use other PPI then Omeprazole such pantoprazole or esomeprszole.
Also she may need to use buscopan or spasmex for abdominal pain.
Also other tests can be done such an abdominal ultrasound, helicobacter pylori test etc

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
