there are many reasons of eye pain and one of the most important in computer users is a dry eye. Another important cause is an uncorrected refractive error aka spectacle number.Most of the causes of eye pain are amenable to treatment. does your pain also radiate to the head ? if so we need to rule out migraine also. I would advise you to get your refraction done and your eyes checked by a well qualified ophthalmologist for the final diagnosis . If you have extensive computer work i would advise you to use some antireflective protective glasses as well and follow tha Rule of 20 which says that after every 20 mins of computer usage we shoul look at a distance of 20 feet for 20 seconds and blink .

hello thanks for the follow up . you may take some oral pain killer like crocin for your headache but it is only short term relief . And for eyes you can use some artifical tears like carboxymethylcellulose which gives pain relief. But please do get a check up eventually . hope it helps .
