Question: Hello doctor,
I went for a massage yesterday. I was wearing black trousers and t shirt. Hand job was offered but refused. She didn't even really touch my skin other than arms. However, next day i noticed a slight cut on my leg. This could have been a coincidence but has left me worried.
Am I at any risk at all? Not sure howni received this cut. Could have been in my sleep. The lady could not have contacted this cut through my jeans. But, I am still worried. If ahe scratched me and she had nicks on her fingers, could it have infected me with anything? Particularly worried about HIV.

Pictures show the black trousers I was wearing. This is the now near 18 hour scratch. She would have had to dig her nails through the trousers. I think this is probably unlikely. Also, i never felt anything uncomfortable. May be a coincidence as I say. When i noticed it this morning there was some slight bleeding. I can not notice any blood on trousers.
Lets assume if she did somehow scratch me, wearing my trousers am I ok?
Also spoken to her and she claims she was tested 2 minths ago and is clean.

Hello doctor. Can you explain why the cut is no risk? Would my trousers have provided adequate protection? Would the cut have jad to be far deeper (I know it has scabbed over now but there was some redness this morning). I did not notice blood on her hands but the cut worries me as it was a seedy place. Also my wife is pregnant.

Ok thanks doc. I have acutally tried to befriend the woman since a bit. She assures me she is negative. She also claims she did not cut me and had no blood on hands.
