Thanks Dr.
Few questions. My brother says his lesion was 1 cm or less. Since nuclear pleomorphism is not there and rare mitotic figures present , can the biopsy report be wrong ?
I have attached other reports for your reference including the copy of bronchoscopic lesion

Here you will see a
1. Old Lesion Report -TubluDaLesion.pdf
2. Tublu1.pdf which is the new bronchoscopy lesion report in which the lesion is smaller. . Size of growth become smaller after 1 month compare to earlier size
Can the biopsy be wrong ? Should we have it retested.

Brief Answer:
Repeat biopsy test recommended
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your brother's reports
I would advise him to do a repeat biopsy test with immunohistochemistry test which will tell the primary site of cancer.
Also, a PET CT scan very much required for further evaluation.
