I was reading about reactive arthritis – I hla b27 negative, I m absolutely healthy with no symptoms.

1.In some publication it said that reactive arthritis incidence rate after gastric infection is 30 % but reading these publications, they are done by in interview, and by patient self-reporting. And when doctors examined some patients – they was not diagnosed as reactive arthritis.

So question is after gastric infections like (Yersinia, Campylobacter, Salmonella and Shigella) some people can have joint paint but it dose not mean that it is reactive arthritis ?
Because articles write as incidence is so high 30 % - but some when doctors and proper diagnostic is made incidence is 1 – 5% no more

There are few articles when doctor examine patient and diagnose reactive arthritis ! And then reactive arthritis incidence rate is 1 – 5 %





2. How much of those who have Hla b27 will develop reactive arthritis in case of gastral infections.
Literature said one in five – is it so ?

3. How much of acute HLA B 27 positive reactive arthritis will develop chronic reactive arthritis ? is it about 20 %
