The chances for pregnancy are very very unlikely and we can say pregnancy is theoretically not possible.

The concentration of sperm is very low in precum so that it will not be able to move to the uterus where fertilization occurs.

She can go for a urine pregnancy test in case of the missed period just for reassurance.
