Brief Answer:
liver function consequences in details as below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* As per my clinical experience, the chronic alcohol consumption of narrated
amount with non alcoholic fatty liver disease and 190 pounds weight will
definitely hamper liver function more over period of times which may
include alcoholic liver disease, cirrhosis or others.

Here are some basic facts regarding your concern

- Your liver is already compromised so far as metabolic function is concerned
as there is non alcoholic fatty liver disease ( which can be from various
reasons most likely as high cholesterol, certain drugs as analgesics or
others )
- Addition of alcohol over and above the compromised liver will deteriorate
liver cell functions via production of NADH and other toxic metabolites
damaging the multi level regularities of bile homeostasis, P 450 enzyme
pathway and others.

In a summary , my guidelines are as follows

- Control body weight, blood sugar, cholesterol levels.
- Be in regular follow up with your consultant for evaluation with liver
function tests, ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis.
- Discuss tapering of alcohol consumption on gradual basis to make
reversible changes in a favorable path before it turns into irreversible liver
damage ( the consequences of which are hazardous )
- If additional smoking habit is also present, it will add on hepatocyte
damage and must be considered seriously.
- Basic life style modifications of diet control avoiding high cholesterol, dairy
fat ; regular exercises, stress management and sound regular sleep are
the utmost parameters to be followed sincerely for best future health.

Hope this information will help you for sure.
I would like to go for further discussions as per your need and concern.

Wish you great day.
Regards.
