Hello!

Welcome on Ask a doctor service!

I passed carefully through your concern and would like to explain that your symptomatology does not seem to be related to any cardiac issue.

It is modulated by breathing and posture so most likely is extracardiac.

A musculoskeletal pluural (surrounding lungs layer) inflammation, could be the reason.

You coul try a pain relief medication like ibuprofen 200 mg 1 to 3 time daily.

If this doesn't help, you shoul contact your GPor internist for further clinical investigations.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

In case of any further questions feel free to ask me again.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri

Hello again!

You may use the therapy for a few days (2 to four days), better coupled with a gastric anti-secretory medication (like Pantoprazole, Omeprazole, etc.)

If the pain is not completely relieved or relapses after therapy, you should consult your doctor.

Dr. Iliri
