Hello I Have A Question As I Was Getting Out

I have a question as I was getting out of my car yesterday I bumped the top on the hood as I was getting out it hurt for a bit but no other symptoms I was not feeling well earlier before this happen with a bit of neasea that came and went ... today I was fine this morning I was fine but this afternoon I seem to have gotten a headache I don’t have blurred vision I can walk and speak no other symptoms I am wondering if this is just a headache as I do suffer from them this is now over 12 hrs since it happened should I be worried about a concussion

You can take Tylenol or Ibuprofen for your headaches and don't worry about anything serious.
