I have a minor pain on the tip of my penis. Looks like some minor swelling / redness as well.

Questions -
1. What is it?
2. How can I treat it? Medications?

Based on the facts and photopgraphs that you have posted it seems that you have inflammation of External Urinary Meatus (Meatitis).

I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments

1) Do you have unprotected sex or Oral sex very recently ?
2) Do you have other urinary symptoms like burning urination ,frequency for urination etc ?

Start taking antibiotics like Cefixime and Nitrofurantoin twice daily along with topical ointment like Neosporin for local application over tip of the penis,.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid any sexual activity till it gets cured completely .
