Question: Hello.

I am a female and two days ago I noticed a cluster of about 8 ulcers on one side of my labia. They are small crater-like, red, and only painful when touched.

I have been having protected sex.

Seems like it could be genital herpes. It usually presents as grouped, discrete, erosions with pain and burning sensation.
