Question: Hello I am a 32 year old male and I have had burning urination for a few days. Sometimes the pain is in my pelvic region and radiates to my testicles. I also thought I had a little blood in my urine once. I’m a huge hypochondriac and always assume the worst. Do you think it’s testicular cancer? Would testicular cancer cause hematuria?

Brief Answer:
There is no possibility of Testicular Cancer at all.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted burning urination with pain radiating to testicle could be mostly due to stone in the lower ureter and needs to be investigated .

Do not think of Testicular cancer .Testicular cancer always presents with huge swelling of the testicle.

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

In the mean while start taking antibiotic like Cefexime and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with urine alkalizer Citralka thrice daily .

Ensure to drink more water to keep your urine alkaline .This will help to reduce dysuria.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
