Brief Answer:
Have you ever had anxiety issues before this ?

Detailed Answer:
Dear friend. Thanks for the question.

You have 9 years of IT field experience. After this 9 years of work, now you are frequently changing the jobs. You abruptly terminated your employment in 3 companies in recent times. You updated yourself in your IT skills with a 6 months course. You are being anxious about your performance and fear that you may not be able to perform well in your new job or role. I hope these are the points you are making. If not, I request to be a little descriptive.

I hope your updation with 6 months course is in line with your experience of 9 years. I hope you worked continuously 9 years for an IT company. I hope you have expertise in a single field all these 9 years.

Did you perform poor in the updation course ?
Did you happen to be bullied during the first job after the updation course ?
Why did you leave the job after 9 years of service ?
Have you met with any financial crisis ?
Did you face any difficult times in your life after 9 years of service ?
Do you have any sort of general anxiety symptoms before ?
Did you consult a doctor for this ?

Please provide detailed reply so that I will be able to provide an amicable solution. I also suggest, a career counseling session through telephone should be better to clear all the doubts. Take care

Brief Answer:
Cognitive REstructuring.

Detailed Answer:
Dear friend. Your problem irrational thinking and you need to alter it with the help of cognitive restructuring and positive self talk and with positive imagery techniques.

Cognitive restructuring is a thought altering technique where you alter your thoughts from negative to positive. I suggest face to face or telephone consultation with a psychologist for this.

Positive self talk: Chalk a some 10 positive motivating sentences like "I am happy and I will be happy", "I was confident, I am confident and I will be confident and am becoming more and more confident in my career and general life". etc. Then you will have to repeat these 10 or more sentences several times a day till it becomes an automatic habit.

Positive Imagery: Imagine your coping up skills, you are able to stick to the job whatever may come, you are able to face the tasks, you are able to go ahead as scheduled, you are able to interact with your colleagues and superiors etc. Bring these images in your mind whenever you get time. This also should be made a habit by repeatedly doing it.

Combination of these three CBT methods should clear your problems in a span of 3 months. You can contact me in case of any doubts.

Take care
