Question: Hello, I’m in extreme kidney pain. I get this once a month but this time it won’t stop and my body is twitching involuntarily.

I think you should call 911 or go to ER.
You need treatment as soon as possible with pain relievers and muscle relaxers also.
Take any pain medications you may have at home such ibuprofen, naproxen , codramol etc.
Also you may take buscopan to relieve spasms.
