Question: Hello Dr, been drinking past 3 week everyday with cocaine use, today what every i drink i vomit back out, also been itching whole body, and soon as ive done with my drinking etc, soon as i get food my bp shoots up! not before

Mixing cocaine and alcohol can produce some chemicals (metabolites) in body which produce these reactions. These chemicals can affect liver.
Raised liver enzymes can cause nausea, vomiting, itching.
Increase is blood pressure is very common with cocaine use.

I would suggest you to consult your nearest doctor. Please get your blood work up including liver function test and ultrasound abdomen done.

Try to take fluids in more amount. You also can take omeprazole.
