Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!

I saw the uploaded image and would explain that the pain in this region is typical of costochondritis.

From the other hand, your description of the pain, the fact that all your vital parameters are normal and all your recent cardiac tests are normal, are other arguments to exclude any possible cardiac issues.

To conclude, I think that your symptoms are not related to the heart and it is just costochondritis and/or fibromyalgia.

Nothing serious seems to be going on!

Try to relax and don't worry too much about it!

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask me again!

Wishing all the best,

I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

As a cardiologist I would exclude any possible cardiac issues.

Does it hurt when you move or take deep breaths? Does it hurt when you push on this region? If the answer to these questions is YES, it would indicate a musculo-skeletal pain (local inflammation) .

In such case an local massage with an ointment (diclofenac or any other painkiller gel) would help improve your situation.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

Please let me know about everything!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri

Dear XXXXXXX

Thank you for the additional information!

I would conclude that this is a typical musculo-skeletal pain (local inflammation), nothing serious!

Light stretching can help, coupled with a local massage with painkiller ointment.
