Brief Answer:
Sun induced eruption

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

This seems like a sun allergy- light eruption.
I suggest you to use a sunscreen regularly, especially when outdoors. You may use Dipgenta cream for 2 weeks to help them resolve and continue with just the sunscreen, thereafter.

take care
