Question: hai there, iam having vitamin b12 deficiency..i used nurokind plus 1500 mcg b12 for 3 months. afeter tested b12 levels are in range .can i continue to maintain the same level.are ther any side affects?

The first thing to determine would be if you have a reversible cause of vitamin B12 deficiency that can be corrected so that you don't get low again. There are many causes, usually related to the stomach or production of an enzyme that allows the body to absorb vitamin B12, medications and alcohol can also affect vitamin B12 levels. But otherwise, there is not really a toxic dose of vitamin B12, so I wouldn't be concerned about taking 1500 mcg daily, though you could also decrease to 500-1000 mcg and recheck again in 3-6 months to see if you are deficient again.
