Brief Answer:
Does not sound concerning

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using Ask a Doctor. Exposure to paint fumes usually causes short-term effect such as irritation of the eyes, nose, or throat, headache, dizziness or lightheadedness, nausea, or trouble breathing. So, after 36 hours, I would say this could be a lingering effect from the fumes, or it is possible that it is unrelated as well. Depending on how long and how much you were exposed, rarely fumes can cause neurological problems, but I don't believe this is the case for you. Since you are breathing alright, I believe at most these are just short-term effects from the fumes that should go away within a day or two, in which case I wouldn't be concerned. Only if they persist for more than a few days would I suggest seeing a doctor to get examined to make sure nothing else is going on.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any questions about any of that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
