Female 30 years suffering from stomach pain near Belly region. Also Had Vomiting. No loose Stool yet. Have taken Omme 20mg tablet for acidity. Looks like acidity but not sure

As advised, if no relief take to nearby hospital

Thanks for your feedback.
Also give antacid 3 tsf - 15 ml. repeat after 3 hours if required.
Antispasmodic for pain.
Please see the results and if the pain persists then better to take her to ER or nearby Hospital. Too much vomiting can cause dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.
This will also allow actual clinical examination to watch for other causes like appendicitis and so on, have investigations.
Severe pain indicates the need for urgency.

Watch for any other symptoms.
Continue Omeprazole 20 mg once daily
