Question: HI my rotator cuff injury is slowly improving - the heat you recommended helps. Are there any stretching , movement or resistance exercises I should start doing?

Heat will help improve the blood supply to the muscles and also relieve pain of muscle spasm.

There are a few exercises to strengthen injured rotator cuff muscles. It involves the use of a theraband. Do try these exercises every alternate day and let me know if they work for you. I am attaching a link to a YouTube video for your guidance.
