Question: Greetings,
I have had pains in my right testicle, and lower abdominal right side, for over three weeks. I was prescribed Azithromycin 250mg for a diagnosis of infection of the testicle. After finishing the course of prescription, NOTHING has changed . any and ALL suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Based on the facts that you have posted pain in Right testicle and lower abdomen that you have could be due to stone in Right lower ureter and needs to be confirmed .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis .

Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis .
