Question: Good Afternoon,

I was hooping I can run something past you.
I have started to take up jogging and have seen a few odd readings. When I%E2%80%99m jogging my heart rate can go up to 171 which is normal. My question is this.... after I have been running and sitting down my heart rate say is 110 and then it will drop to say 49 for a few seconds and then back up to around 110. Or it might say be 110 and then jump to 148 for a few secounds and then back to around 100. I don%E2%80%99t feel anything in my chest but I have seen this on my apple watch as well as my Oximeter.

If this anything I should be concerned about?
