I read your query and here is my advice.
Having stomach pain but no loose motion may have been caused by gastritis, excessive gas or other causes. Please add some more details about your symptoms the exact location, what have you been eating recently and if this happens often or is the first time happening.
You can take buscopan which can be treat symptoms of pain, spasmolytic and found over the counter in pharmacy. Also taking antiacids may be helpful.
