The patient has less vision in the right eye since childhood as per the report . Amblyopia is defined as weakness of vision since childhood if one has not worn proper spectacles since then .He has undergone right eye cataract surgery and has an artificial lens there . The retina of the right eye is weak . The left eye is normal till now . Spectacles have been prescribed and the patient should wear it.
