Does Pre-ejaculatory Fluid Contain Sperm?

Question: Hello, yesterday I put my sperm under microscope. I saw them swimming and everything. Today I put my pre ejaculate under microscope. I did not see anything moving. Really all I saw was liquid nothing moving what does this mean?

This is completely normal because the concentration of sperm cells in pre-ejaculatory fluid is very low.So it is very possible not to see any sperm cell when examining pre-ejaculatory fluid under microscope.

Yes,few sperm cells are present in pre-ejaculatory fluid.For this reason the probability of a pregnancy form pre-ejaculatory fluid is very low but not zero.

The concentration of these cells is very low and this makes it difficult to be seen under microscope.
