Brief Answer:
Nothing is going to happen.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Don't worry, no one loose his/her height if someone accidentally steps on the feet.
Only way by which this activity can cause loss of height is if in case there is a fracture leading to shortening of bone (if a deformity occurs due to malunion of bone.)
So, don't worry. Nothing is going to happen.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
