Brief Answer:

1 cup milk is fine if digestion is fine

Detailed Answer:

Hi

Thanks for your query.

Psoriasis is hypertrophy of skin plus dry skin. I don't think omitting milk completely will be helpful for skin issue in psoriasis.

Avoiding milk is more helpful for digestive problems in psoriasis. Even in digestive problems, one must avoid it for few days and observe changes in symptoms. If there is no improvement in symptoms, then no need to avoid.

Hope the answer is helpful.
