Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
You are simply getting anxious. I don't find any reason to worry.

If your calculation is fine, then why are you worried. Moreover, in case, you have by chance taken incorrect dose for a day, it hardly matters.

In case, you keep on taking incorrect doses for long, it would definitely matter.

For your second question, if a single tablet is coming out of strip, it's nothing to worry, as this can happen during transport, storage and handling of the drug.

Still, if you are worried, buy a new strip and discard the current one!!

So, just relax. Take medicines as advised. Keep in touch with your doctor and i am sure, you will be fine very soon.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
