Does Zinc Cause Nausea And Vomiting?
Question: I have to take 30mg zinc per day and find I get nauseous. Is there any particular brand that is not likely to cause this and also can zinc injections be used instead.

In some individuals, zinc do cause nausea and vomiting, but these symptoms decreases with regular use.
How long you have been on this. If the adverse effects are not bearable than you can consult the prescribed doctor for reduction of doses and then slowly it can be increased.
Change in the brand doesn't help much and I would not have suggested on injection.
