I read your question and i understand your concern. temazepam and oxazepam are active metabolites of diazepam and most of them clear though urine. So yes they will show up in drug test for urine if tested for. The dose and concentration wil matter, if the outcome is in prescription range, there should be no worries. All the aim and objective is to make sure this drug is not abused.

The Restoril is 10 mg and I rarely take it. I wonder how many days before it shows up in a urine test?

The half life of restoril is 9 to 12 hours. So it clears out of the body in a few days maximum 4 to 5 days. But traces my still be found although in minute concentration. The level wont matter if a valid prescription is there.
