If it is simple cold and cough I would not advise an antibiotic with Ampicllin plus Cloxacillin. I would wait for 5 days with simple symptomatic treatment. I would suggest you to take Tab CHESTON cold thrice a day after meal for three days. Avoid cold weather, water and cold food. Prefer milk less tea, boiled and cooled water, stay indoors and rest. Drink ample amount of fluids. This should help you for the symptoms. With these measures if it worsens or does not get better you should get an antibiotic prescription from local doctor.
However if you have a family or neighbourhood who is suffering similar symptoms I suggest an evaluation with local doctor how to go about next.
