Amongst the medicines listed acetaminophen is metabolized by liver and it's completely safe on kidneys. The others are metabolized by kidney and therefore can cause damage on kidneys. That being said, diclofenac sodium as well as Gabapentin are known to cause acute renal injury and failure. Cyclobenzaprine is relatively safe on kidney and less likely known to cause failure.
