Diet Advice While Taking Warfarin

Question: I am taking warfarin for the rest of my life. My question is, what is the best diet for me as i am quite disabled. Mobility isn't great & is painful.I didn't mention my wt. which is 95kg I feel wt loss may help my pain & mobility
