My Dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
Such sudden redness can be passing phenomenon or a begining of some more important.
Therefore to begin with, unless some difficulty arises we would like to use Keterolac eye drops which we have found to be very useful in such cases in our practice. This is marketed as Acular ls or ketoflox eye drops. This is a safe compound and can be used frequently without any difficulty.
In case you start having discharge and irritation in the eye we should start treating you as conjunctivitis .
As of now we will presume this redness to be caused by pollution
Do get back to me in case of any further development in this regard.
